What these are, and what they aren't

Our toolkits and calls help you plan. They are not medical care, legal advice or personal protection, and they can't guarantee anyone's safety. You make every decision on your trip.

Questions

Is this another guide that tries to scare me?

No. It assumes you're going, and helps you go well. Most of it is small, practical habits that take a few minutes and work in the background, so you can enjoy where you are.

I've never travelled alone before. Is it for me?

Yes. It's written for first solo trips as much as tenth ones. The Arrival Plan and checklists walk you through what to decide before you go and what to do when you land.

I'm an experienced traveller. Will I learn anything?

Probably the scripts. Most experienced travellers have the logistics sorted but have never rehearsed exactly what to say when someone won't take no. The workbook also makes a good pre-trip routine.

What format is it, and when do I get it?

Two PDFs (The Readiness Suite and the bonus Carry Blueprint) that you download straight after paying. They work on your phone, tablet or computer, and the workbook pages print on A4 or US Letter.

What if it isn't useful to me?

Email claire@solofemalesafety.com within 14 days of buying and you'll get a full refund. No forms, no questions.

Is this medical, legal or security advice?

No. It's general information to help you plan your own travel, and it points you to official sources for entry rules and health advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
