Digital products
Digital products are paid for through Stripe and downloaded from this website straight after payment. They are licensed for your personal use; please don't share, resell or republish them.
14-day money-back guarantee
If a digital product isn't useful to you, email claire@solofemalesafety.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
Planning calls
Planning calls are paid in advance through Stripe. We'll email you within 2 business days to schedule. If we can't find a time that works for you, you get a full refund.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law, including New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act where they apply. If something isn't right, email claire@solofemalesafety.com.
